A+ trainer! He always has techniques that I’ve never tried before. If you want someone to push you to your limits (and isn’t that the point of having a trainer), Ian is definitely your guy. Great listener, too. He would tailor the workouts to my goals. Couldn’t recommend higher.
I’ve been lifting weights (with and without trainers) for 15 years or so. Ian challenged me in new and unexpected ways. Each workout was different and tailored for my individual needs. Thought I’d done it all in the gym, but each session included lifts I’d never seen before and would never have picked up on my own. Couldn’t have been happier with my results. Ian has a great personality and although I was working hard, the sessions never dragged because he kept me engaged and entertained. Highly recommended and I will definitely be training with him again in the near future!
